They might have changed the description since your complaint, or you might just have not read closely. In Overview-->Features it says "Windows 10 Home in S Mode (Windows 11 Home in S Mode Upgradable), which is repeated in Specifications-->Key Specs-->Operating System. Whenever you get a new computer, you should be instructed during the setup to search for and install all updates to that point. This is because a PC can sit on the shelf for months since the date of its manufacture. When you run the update procedure, at some point it will mention that you can install Windows 11.
