Yes, very light and just the right size for the desk in the classroom. I am not too knowledgeable with electronics but this one was very easy to get the hang of.

It is excellent for college students. I'm going for a masters in elementary education right now and it has been very light to transport, and is always working quick with no lags. Keyboard feels good to type on to!
