Is there a way this will support 3 monitors? null

The laptop has limited connections. I have a mobile monitor and have to chose between charging my laptop or using the portable monitor. You would have to get some kind of box to plug into the laptop.

This laptop readily supports only 1 external display through the HDMI 2.0 port. To connect three monitors, Dell recommends using the docking station D3100.
