A:Answer I wanted to do the same thing. Geek squad suggested that I get a 2TB external hard drive instead, and I did. It works really well and is easy to manage. The biggest problem I have with it is the need for USB ports that this Dell doesn't have, and no other laptop did either. I had to also buy an extension hub, and this makes it possible. This machine is replacing a gaming machine I bought a number of years ago that had everything from a built-in DVD player to numerous USB and HDMI ports and 1TB hard drive. They apparently don't make them like that anymore. So far this machine does the job - after buying the add-ons.
