QuestionI see this comes with 2 ram sticks, for a total of 12GB of ram. So is this one 4GB & one 8GB stick of ram? And if that is so that would mean this can't run in dual channel mode right?

QuestionDoes the dvd drawer on this model not open fully when you push in the button? I press the button and the drawer only opens about half way, then I have to manually pull out the rest of the drawer to insert a dvd. Is this normal?

- Answer Same issue here. DVD worked fine. Didn’t see this as an inconvenience.
