No, No, No. For 1080 you would need to upgrade ur psu because the 1080 has 2 8pins and for the cpu there's no place for a rad. Very bad design on dells part.

Please try again later.yes you can swap out the AMD card to use a GTX1080 but I don't think putting 2 GTX1080 in this setup is a good idea because the power supply most likely wont take it if that's what you are asking. also the case won't have enough room to let you do mount liquid cooing unless you really go all out to modify the case. it's easier to just get a full size case for that. if it was me i will just add a GTX 1080Ti and call it a day and no extra cooling required.
