Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can connect a monitor with a VGA cable or HDMI cable. That depends on the connection type on the monitor itself. I don’t see an issue about switching to this new computer. Remember to copy any documents or photos from your old computer to a DVD or CD or back them up to the cloud like OneDrive from Microsoft. Then you can transfer or access them from your new computer. It doesn’t really matter how you buy this. I ordered mine online and then picked it up in the store. You can also have it delivered. Geek Squad is awesome if you aren’t sure about setting everything up yourself. They can get you up and going in no time. It is a great option but not required. :)
