It has a HH PCiExpress x 16 slot available. But there are many things to consider in selecting the right card...especially in a small form factor tower. For example, a full size video card may not allow the case of the computer to close. I highly recommend consulting with the Geek Squad and having them install it. Video cards are not cheap and getting the correct one by trial and error is expensive. Been there/done that. Keep in mind also that gaming components like video cards generate a lot of heat. Larger cases (towers) have more room and air space to help dissipate the heat. Increased temperature reduces performance. I would look at a computer with a larger case for that reason.
