• A:Answer Yes, the computer has 2 monitor ports - hdmi and vga. I purchased monitors that had both hdmi and vga ports on the back and connected the first one by hdmi cable and the second one by vga cable. It worked flawlessly for me.

• A:Answer Don't know about RUST but this doesn't come with a monitor and is not made for gaming. The CPU is too slow (2.6 Ghz), not enough RAM (12 MB) and doesn't have a video card, just built in graphics.
