No, it won't support more than 8 Gb of RAM. As far as most Dell computers go, whatever's listed as the RAM is most likely its maximum ability. Sure you can put more RAM in it, the computer just won't be able to utilize it and it may cause problems from having too much RAM inside. I hate to say this, but I'd just leave the RAM like it came from the manufacturer. That is your best bet. Hope this helps.
