- Answer From the information I got with this it appears that the only warranty is from the refurbishing company, Joy Systems, for 2 or 3 months or so. If Best Buy has its own longer warranty I did not see evidence of it. That is fine with me because anytime I have had a problem with the computer it is said either in the first few weeks of purchase, or when the computer gets old and all warranties are expired anyway.

QuestionPhoto of the back looks like it shows input for wired internet but isn't very clear. Specs only show Wifi connectivity; I don't want to just assume I can connect to provider's router before ordering: hardwireable yes or no, and with what jacks/cables?
