so - the answer to my question was to tell me to ask another question to Best Buy support team? Who is answering these questions then? And how do I get Support Team to answer a question about a Best Buy product being sold by Best Buy? dumb system ya got here - put the Operating System in the product specifications so people can decide if they want to buy it.
