QuestionDoes this desktop computers have cd/dvd drive?

- Answer BEWARE --- BEST BUY REPS MISLED ME ON THIS PRODUCT. This is a micro unit. The picture shows a Small Form Factor. I contacted Chat support before order and then after I received it then was told I would be shipped a replacement since I wanted a small form factor and they shipped a second micro. Then talked to someone who told me if i wanted a small form factor to order a different skew which was over $200 more. Very misleading and was told wrong by chat. They have not clue what is going on. and NO, the micro does not have a cd/dvd drive. Very unhappy with Best Buy and their ordering process.

- Answer This desktop includes one built-in speaker. This desktop also includes one universal audio jack on the front of the desktop that can be used to connect headphones or a headset (headphone and microphone combo).

- Answer PC does NOT have windows 10, it came with windows 11 and was promptly returned. If you need Windows 10 DO NOT BUY ITS A LIE
