• It has an HDMI and DisplayPort out. While I have not hooked 2 displays up. It has the outputs to do dual displays. Any other Optiplex model that has multiple display outs have supported multi display out in the past

• Yes. You would need HDMI and DisplayPort. If your 2nd monitor does not have DisplayPort, you would need a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.
