- Answer Due to the thin size of this laptop, it does not have it. You can add both the ethernet through a dongle (Dell DA305)) 6 in 1 USB-C will allow you to do this (you can also buy a cheaper dongle that is not branded) Dell also has DW316 which is an extean DVD/RW and CD/RW for $20 today

- Answer Yes, you can turn on and use your Dell 16" Copilot+ PC with the lid closed when connected to an external monitor, as long as you change the Windows lid‑close action to Do nothing. You can then power it on via the laptop's power button or wake it using your peripherals if already on or sleeping.

- Answer No, the Dell Plus Copilot+ PC does not include Outlook or other Office apps out of the box. It comes with: A 30-day trial of Microsoft 365 (which includes Outlook). To get permanent access to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, you'll need to purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription or buy the Office apps separately.

- Answer You’re correct that the specs indicate no dedicated GPS chip, but Windows location services can still work on this Dell Copilot+ PC using other methods: Wi-Fi Positioning: Windows uses nearby Wi-Fi networks and their known locations to estimate your position. IP Address Geolocation: Your public IP can give a rough location. ✅ What This Means for You Apps like Maps, Weather, and Find My Device will still function, but accuracy depends on Wi-Fi and IP. It won’t provide turn-by-turn navigation like a GPS-enabled device, but it’s fine for general location-based services.
