• Due to the thin size of this laptop, it does not have it. You can add both the ethernet through a dongle (Dell DA305)) 6 in 1 USB-C will allow you to do this (you can also buy a cheaper dongle that is not branded) Dell also has DW316 which is an extean DVD/RW and CD/RW for $20 today

• You can use an USB to Ethernet Adapter or a docking station to connect ethernet cable. It does not come with DVD/ Optical disc drive to accommodate the slim formfactor design of this model.
