“Has anyone added a PCIE Wifi Network card to this computer? Will it take one?”

• honestly i am not sure what a PCIE network card is..but, i do have a Network Genie usb plugged into my desktop which allows me to access a wifi network.. though, i do have my desktop next to the modem and router, so i have opted to hard wire them together instead. I hope this helps..
