What is the version of Windows 10 ? null

we received a windows 10 32bit Optiplex 790 and if you check Dell's website it will tell you that operating system is not supported. I am on hold now with Best Buy trying to ask them why they would sell a PC with an operating system that is not support.

They sent me version 1709. They also sent and i3 processor instead of a i5 like specs say! Had to take it back and get them to order me a new one so I have to wait another 2 weeks then check and make sure it’s kosher!
