A:AnswerThis PC has Windows 10 Professional. You may need to update it using windows update. I don't recall what version it started with. I am running version 1909 now. Do not try and update it to 2004 it won't work! Joy Systems was very helpful and a tech agent called me back. if you have any problems just call them! :)
