The screen is very shiny, so sunlight or interior lighting could cause a glare depending on placement near lights or windows. The screen is very reflective, but I have been using the monitor for months now and only really notice the reflections if I am looking for them.

The best I can tell you is there is more potential for it than a matte screen, but less than a full-on glossy screen. Proper placement of your lighting is the key if you can control that. If you have like a bright window right behind you or something I think that would be an issue for example. Setting up your work area if you can do that you should try to make sure you can't see a reflection of any bright areas in the monitor.
