There is no glare. The pictures are clear and vibrant.

There is an anti-glare coating, so glare isn't an issue unless the screen is under very direct sunlight.

The glare will depend on lighting sources in your room. The screen is very shiny, so sunlight or interior lighting could cause a glare depending on placement near lights or windows. The screen is very reflective, but I have been using the monitor for months now and only really notice the reflections if I am looking for them.

There can be -- it's a glossy screen with an anti-reflective coating. The best I can tell you is there is more potential for it than a matte screen, but less than a full-on glossy screen. Proper placement of your lighting is the key if you can control that. If you have like a bright window right behind you or something I think that would be an issue for example. Setting up your work area if you can do that you should try to make sure you can't see a reflection of any bright areas in the monitor.
