• VESA has an adapter that is compatible with the Dell S2318 monitor line. You'd buy one adapter per monitor, then whatever wall or desk mount you chose. Remove the stand, slide the adapter into the stand groove, and then bolt the adapter to the mount. Just Google VESA Dell S2318 and it should pop up for you.

• Ash; I don't see any specific mounts behind the screen. This Dell - S2318HN 23" IPS LED FHD Monitor - Black monitor is meant really for a desk or a stand. Hope that helps.
