Yes, you can with less keyboard and mouse into it. It's a monitor not a PC. Fyi, no speakers on board, so you need to hook up a pair of speakers for your xbox

I'm assuming you have an Xbox one, and if so, like a PC you connect them with an HDMI, and you'll be able to play your game. So make sure you have a device that can play it. The monitor literally just projects.
