“Does it come with the built in speaker?”

• No. It has an audio OUT port which may have made you think it has speakers. The audio out port allows you to connect speaks to the monitor rather than run an audio cable all the way to your pc but it only works if you are using the HDMI connector which supplies both video and audio to the monitor.
