You need a computer that supports dual monitors, and need to have the type of monitor that your computer supports. This monitor lets you connect to either HDMI or VGA type connectors. Many computers sold in the last four years have Integrated graphics with one of each a HDMI and a VGA port. Two of these monitors would work nicely if you have that sort of machine. Also many computers that have add on graphics card have HDMI, DVI, and VGA ports and allow for one HDMI and one VGA monitor connected simultaneously which means it would also work with two of these monitors. My memory is that this monitor came with both a DVI and a VGA cable so you should be good to go either way.
