The two HDMI ports are both input. It's so you can have two things hooked up to one monitor if you want. For a dual monitor setup, you'll want to have both monitors hooked up to the same device. I've never heard of monitors that can be daisy-chained, and this is no exception.

Normally in a two monitor setup, the PC has two outgoing port options (HDMI, Display, (older) VGA, etc). Assuming you have an available HDMI port, you can use this monitor.
