A:AnswerYou can turn down the brightness. Blue light filter? I don't know if it has it or not but can't believe you would get a true color picture with one. You can adjust the colors on the monitor and turn down the blue. You can get special Computer glass that works well and are not too expensive. They have a yellowish tint which removes blue and make using a monitor more pleasant for some.
