“The monitor in the photos and the one in the video are different. I believe the height adjustable one is shown in the video (& specs) and the photo one is not adjustable (fixed). They are different models at other sites. Which is this?”

The Dell S2721H monitor has a fixed stand and you cannot extend the height.

I wish I had caught that, but the video, which shows this model number, shows height adjustment, and the specs say height adjustment. If height adjustment is a deal breaker, go elsewhere. (It sits low on my desk, so I'm going to have to put something under it if I keep it.)
