No, you should not see any issues as such with the display. Always, ensure that the system and the monitor drivers are updated from the support site. Also, this monitor has a selectable adaptive sync option (AMD FreeSync Premium Pro or No Sync), high refresh rates, and a rapid response time of 4 ms. This monitor supports 48 Hz to 144 Hz (HDMI) and 48 Hz to 164 Hz (DP) in Freesync Mode, 165 Hz in fixed frequency mode.

This is the only high frame rate, 1440p monitor I've ever owned, so I don't know how others compared, but I do notice a bit of ghosting/motion blur at the 165hz and 144hz (which is what HDMI is limited to). RTINGS.com has a good review where they cover ghosting in the Response Time section, and I definitely agree with their findings.

My buddy had it before me and highly recommended it. For me once I adjusted the Saturation setting it looked great. Playing my games at 120hz is great.
