“Why does enabling freesync on my dell S3220dgf locks my refresh rate to 60hz. The windows display options does not allow me to change the refresh back up to 165hz. I have an AMD 6700XT graphics card.”

We recommend you to set the refresh rate to 165 HZ through the system connected to the monitor and connect the DisplayPort cable to the graphics card connector. Should you still experience the same, do reach out to the Dell technical support team to get this sorted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to go desktop, right click press display setting, press device display setting again. Set the refresh hertz to 165hz. Also please you display port directly to the graphic card not the motherboard.
