This is frustrating for me as will. I had many CD and DVD disks that I can no long use without purchasing an tag-a-long player.

Instead, if your old Dell's DVD drive is removable (most likely a SATA slim drive), you can: Remove the DVD drive from the Windows 10 Dell. Buy a SATA-to-USB adapter or a slim DVD drive enclosure (they're inexpensive). Plug it into your new Windows 11 Dell via USB.
