The power button is not very sensitive but seems to work eventually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have noticed that it does not respond quickly sometimes to the touch. I have had this screen for a while and it has not seemed to deteriorate in any way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you should contact Dell Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would contact Dell's support as that doesn't seem to be normal. I have 2 of these monitors myself and have not encountered this issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Personally, I found that the power button to be quite fidgety. At times it feels like I hit the right spot, but other times I have had to search around for it a little bit. If your having problems after skimming your fingers where the power button should be, I would take it back and and seeing about getting either a replacement, or one that's a bit more sensitive to touch/works better for what you're looking for. It is worth noting however that the monitor automatically goes into standby mode when the input source (such as your computer) is turned off or is in sleep mode and automatically turns back on when the source turns back on. This still counts the monitor as on. It could very well be that the monitor was in standby mode when you hit the power button, which would in turn turn the monitor off. Hitting the power button again should turn it back on for you.
