The Dell U2515H has outputs for HDMI, Displayport, and Mini Displayport. It should be fine for use with your computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used an HDMI cable to connect this monitor to my desktop. I get the full 2560x1440 resolution. Be sure to buy an HDMI cable that is rated for 2K and 4K. Some older and cheap HDMI cables can only support 1080P (1920x1080).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All outputs can support 1440p except VGA. However if the connections are very old then they may not support this resolution. Also, some HDMI cables are unable to support the resolution. I would go with a higher quality HDMI just in case. I have done it on my mac from HDMI and it can support 1440p no problem but this may differ based upon your graphics card. I would recommend searching a forum based on your graphics card and see what the people have discovered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you have hdmi this monitor should work for ya.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe using DisplayPort, but I don't think you can get that resolution with HDMI.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Beware this monitor! Not only video card is a concern, but also motherboard! This is not explained on packages, BB site, or Dell site! Older Dells, Studio 540 will not run the higher resolution no matter what you do. Spent HOURS on Dell support phone before finally being told your computer is just too old. That's AFTER I bought and installed the card THEY recommended! Beware, thanks BB and Dell for a wonderful purchase experience. Hello, Amazon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The monitor does have HDMI inputs, you should have no issue connecting your GPU out to this monitor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe you'll be able to. The HDMI connection on your video card will not be able to output 2560x1440. You have the dual link DVI, but this monitor does not have a DVI input, only Hdmi and Displayports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, should work. You have to have your hdmi cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work fine via hdmi
