Q: QuestionDoes the laptop get warm when you're not gaming ?I hate it when laptops get warm when you're just doing normal work with the laptop in your lap, or when you're just running a temporary CPU intensive task (not GPU intensive), and I'd like to know how cool/warm this laptop gets during such normal use, even if such a use spans several hours. I have a Lenovo Y50 which was always cools under normal loads. Sadly, it died a few days ago.

• A:Answer yes it comes with a standard 1 year Warranty from Dell. You can in fact purchase a extension and enhanced warranty directly from Dell even if you purchased your pc from Best Buy, which is exactly what I did. I bought a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty with In House servicing after online Diagnostic, Accidental Spill/Damage, Support for all software installed, plus Dell provided me with a $75 gift card for my use.

• A:Answer There are fingerprint/oil stains from regular use, but I've made it a habit to wipe down the keyboard and touchpad every other day. I've had the laptop for about 1.5mos and no problems. I guess it depends if the user is eating and typing at the same time, and how often the user wipes down the laptop. Hope this answer helps!
