This is most likely the 97whr battery. The smaller battery only comes with the HDD model not the SSD. The instillation of a SSD allows more room for battery.

Depth: 9.27 in (235mm) | 2. Width: 14.06 in (357mm) | 3. Height: 0.45-0.66 in (11-17mm) | Starting at weight: 1.8kg (4 lbs)* with 56Whr battery, SSD and non-touch display; Starting at weight: 4.5 lbs (2kg)* with 97Whr battery, SSD and touch display. Given that this model on Beat Buy weighs 4.5 pounds and is a 6 cell battery, I am assuming that it therefore has the 97whr batteyr! Your best bet is to speak with an online representative just to be sure though. :) you will know it is a 56whr battery for this if it isn't the 97whr though, which would be simply anemic for a laptop of this size and power if we are all honest.
