When moving the screen out of its standard “laptop” position is there a way to prevent disabled keyboard input? I really need to work on documents using keyboard strokes while the screen in positioned paraellel to the keyboard! If not, is tthere something else that would serve the purpose?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in the XPS 12 Convertible computer! I do not really see a way to use the keyboard with the screen flipped, since when it is in "tablet" form, the screen covers the keyboard. Besides that, when the screen gets flipped out of its normal "laptop" position, the keys and touchpad are automatically disabled. I do not know of any way around this process at this point. My only suggestion might be the Dell Latitude 10 Tablet + the Kensington KeyFolio Bluetooth® Keyboard and Case.
