“Is this Oculus Rift ready? I find this is the most simliar one to the "XPS 8900 Special Edition" which is Oculus Ready. If so, can the 1TB Hard Drive be updated to 2TB?”

The Oculus Rift requires a TON of GPU power to put out the recommended 90 FPS; frankly if you want to invest in the going VR I'd recommend going with a system with 2 GPU (SLI or Crossfire.) If that means modifying the PC yourself or paying someone to build it for you, but I advise either a very powerful card or two GPUs, frankly I prefer the two cards over 1. This is just my opinion.
