How big is the of the power supply in this computer? null

According to Dell's site "...every XPS 8900 is equipped with a 460 watt power supply and supports graphics cards demanding up to 225 watts of total power."

It is rated at 460w peak. It is just enough for some graphics cards. I have an xps8900 and with an gtx1070 the psu made strange noises. Upgraded to a 650 noise went away. From what I read online it is hit and miss if you get a good psu.

Just enough for what it has. If you're looking to upgrade the graphics card, you will have to upgrade the power supply as well.
