“Every time I pour coffee from glass cannister it just pours all over like if there is a leak in cannister it really annoying and weird. I been pouring coffee since 8 yrs old an never this.”

I was having the same problem. It’s something with the way the pour spout is designed. I think it is narrower so you have to pour it out more slowly so it doesn’t overflow the narrow pouring spout.
