• The filter basket is permanent, no individual filters to change, but you will have to measure and fill the basket with grounds every time.

• Yes, it comes with a filter basket that you can choose to use a paper filter within it or not. This machine does not store, grind, or measure coffee for you - you’ll do that yourself. You’re probably looking for a much more expensive kind of maker if you need it to do that for you.
