There is a strength selector you can press before brewing a cup of coffee. Level one is like most coffee at the office made by non coffee drinkers, level 2 is similar to a funeral home, church, or diner, level 3 tastes like a shot in the dark from a barista, level 4 is similar to a fresh pot at a police station, Level 5 is a truck stop that may have been evaporating for multiple days at high heat, and will wake you by taste alone.
