“There is a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for the Delonghi Dinamica. Within that time can the machine be returned to Best Buy or would it need to go to Delonghi?”

Hello, Thank you for leaving your question. Our Dinamica Espresso Machine is under a 2 year manufacture warranty. However, in order to return the unit to us the unit will have to be returned within 30 days from purchase date. To determine if the unit is eligible to be returned to Best Buy you will have to contact their customer support directly for their return policy. Thank you.
