Good auto espresso machine but somewhat expensive

Purchased replacing keurig kcup machine, used for about 2 weeks for two double espresso at a time, and generally satisfied. PROS: definitely upgrade from keurig (better and hotter coffee), easy to use, compact size, much better build quailty than philips 3200, can hold short to tall cups (3 1/2 to 5 1/2 in), simple styling. CONS: overpriced compared to competitors, mostly plastic build, not enough water container (need to refill even after two double espresso; consume lots of clean/warmup water when turn on/off), easy scratch on the tray. To sum up, it can brew reasonably nice quality espresso and be a good combination with a separate milk frother for latte or caff, while more costly than philips.

I have owned this machine just for a week now but will update my review later if there are any issues. I love it so far. Even with average coffee beans it creates fantastic crema. If you use pre-ground coffee, crema is still there but less amount. It is always good to read some reviews before making a purchase. I was going to purchase the latest latte machines with an automated frother. I am glad I read some reviews because with this espresso machine we can customize the froth and the amount of milk and that is a better choice for me. Also this is the only automated machine that makes coffee over ice. The use is simple, cleaning too - just empty and rinse the tray and container. Before using read carefully the directions and follow setup steps to avoid damaging it. After that you are all set. If you use pre-ground coffee do not put it in the machine while it is turned off, only after choosing from the display the scoop icon, otherwise the coffee may go the wrong way and damage the machine. Always wait before and after making coffee for the machine to clean up itself and get ready, it takes just a few seconds but it is important to not turn it off before that. Beautiful look - Italians create the best luxury design! And the best coffee too :)

very pleased with the machine, the coffee is delicious and easy to manage. Аfter a month of use, the machine requested descaling, but I think it's water. The cleaning process takes 35 minutes, but the machine does a lot by itself.

Had a Delonghi Magnifica for about 13+ years Decided to get a new machine for a different look in kitchen. Best Buy had the Dinamica for $150 with free shipping. Best choice we made. Makes an excellent cup of coffee or espresso, specially with BRCC. Very easy to use and set up. Also, makes less of a mess than our old one. Highly recommend

Coffee House Expresso In My Home – DIY Barista

I leaped at the opportunity to review this DeLonghi - DINAMICA Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine in exchange for the product. WoW, what an awesome expresso coffee machine! It provides me with all the programmable options to have Excellent, Coffee House Expresso in my own home. WooHoo! Out of the box this baby is pretty much ready to go, except for some cleaning of the water tank. I strongly recommend that any new user thoroughly read the included User Manual before going any further. At my age the smaller print in the User Manual is a challenge. So, I downloaded the larger version (8” x 11 1/2” page size) at the DeLonghi website. It is much easier to read and highlight the most important features and numerous programmable options for future use. There is a 'learning-curve' to operate this machine to your particular tastes and kinds of coffee delight. It is also pretty easy-to-use and operator-friendly. This automatic Expresso Machine is a finely engineered piece of equipment designed specifically to deliver delicious coffee. It allows me to program various settings to my own individual, taste preferences. After two weeks of daily use and getting familiar with all of the operational choices - I have personalized my DeLonghi to make and enjoy excellent Espressos, Lattes, Cappuccinos and Iced coffees. YooHoo! Here is what is included in the box: * Coffee Espresso Machine – Polarized two-prong plug, 1250 watts, or 10 amps. * Descaling Solution * Cleaning Brush * Ice Cube Tray (coffee bean shaped) – For Iced Coffee * Water Filter – Replaceable and good for to months under normal use. * Measuring Spoon – For Ground Coffee. * Instruction Manual & Quick Start Guide * 2 Year Warranty plus an addition year if you register this product. Before I go much further in this review I have to emphasize the three most important components of great-tasting coffee: (1) Fresh water with little, and, or, no hardness is critical for robust-tasting coffee. DeLonghi includes a replaceable filter to be used in the water tank if your water tests hard. On the inside of the User Manual is a water hardness test strip for your convenience. Fortunately my well-water is pre-filtered for hardness and tested no hardness (all green blocks - see attached test strip photo). I do not need to use the furnished filter. Great tasting water adds to the richness and purity of the coffee. It also makes clean-up so much easier too. (2) Best prime, coffee beans available; Non-oily, whole medium roast Arabica beans from Latin America, Africa or Southeast Asia are DeLonghi's preferred choice. I have experimented with both medium and dark roasted beans – indescribably delicious using both varieties. (3) Coffee Machine designed to deliver the best brewed coffee, which you can adjust too your very own personal tastes. This DeLonghi Expresso Coffee Maker is fantastic, automatic, and programmable. Here is why I Love this DeLongi DINAMICA Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine: ** Excellent Tasting Expresso – The most important reason why anyone would buy this amazing coffee machine in the first place. DeLonghi has allowed me to become a DIY Barista. No more out of the way cafes and waiting in line for chain, coffee house Expresso. What I can brew and personalize at home is outstanding and superior to any chain, coffee houses, IMHO. Creamy, and velvety-smooth Expresso shots created my way with rich foaming froth. Yippee! My wife loves her Espresso Macchiato brewed on this DeLonghi and says it's absolutely the best she ever tasted with a thick, heavy layer of frothed half and half for extra richness. Yummy! And, this DeLonghi can also make delicious Lattes, Cappuccinos, and Iced Coffee too. How cool is that? ** User Friendly Controls – At the front face of this unit is an 'easy-to-use' touch panel, which displays icons that are uncomplicated and intuitive. Some of the lighted icons have a double function. The User Manual explains the various options of these icons and they are simple to understand. I kept my manual handy near my DeLongi for quick reference the first week. But, the Learning Curve was pretty easy, the more I used the machine. After the first week of use I began to turn into a DIY Barista. Love it! ** Build & Placement - Modernistic black body and Stainless Steel trim, blends in with any decor. Dimensions are; Approximately 14” high, fits comfortably underneath my top cabinets on the counter; Depth of unit is approximately 17”deep from front of unit to back; Width is approximately 9 ½”. DeLonghi recommends that this unit should not be placed near sinks or water taps to avoid water damage and specifies clearances to dissipate the generated heat. Since it fits comfortably on any of my counter spaces, I have many placement choices. ** Whole Beans & Grounds – This versatile unit allows me to use either or.... I prefer whole beans because when the grinder does its magic the aroma is unbelievable, and the coffee is so much more fresher. However, this unit includes a grounds-coffee measuring scoop if you so desire. One scoop per shot, and, only one cup at a time. One level scoop of ground coffee inserted into the pre-ground coffee funnel allows me to make an Expresso, Double Shot, or conventional cup of coffee, approximately 5.5 Oz. ** The Expresso Experience – If you are a coffee-lover like me you know what I am describing. This DeLonghi Expresso Coffee Maker allows me the flexibility of 'hands-on' using this automatic coffee maker. Making any 'shot' I can vary the temperature of the coffee, strength, and reset the grinding adjustment dial (13 settings) according to the type of whole beans I am using. Adjustment may be needed for creamier, weak, or slow dripping coffee. When the grinder is adjusted correctly the aromatic oils create a rich and delicious golden crema. ** Quick Heat-Up – Dimonica features a 40 second heat-up time before it starts to brew my coffee. The user-friendly settings make my morning cup of Expresso quick and FUN to use. I always 'rinse' the unit before making any coffee after a whole day. Simply press the 'OK' icon on the touch screen. ** Programmable Settings – Now, this is the 'FUN Part' of this outstanding unit. There are default settings built-in to this automatic coffee maker. However, I can re-program over any 'default' settings to brew Expresso to my individual taste and preferences. (1) Water Hardness – Based on the number of red blocks on your water test strip, from 1 through 4 (Default setting is 4). This should be the first setting you adjust according to your water hardness. This setting affects the number of times descaling may be required. (2) Temperature – This allows me to set how hot I want the water in my coffee from low, medium, high, and to maximum. I use 'maximum'. (3) Auto-Off – This setting allows me to switch the machine OFF automatically after 15 or 30 minutes, one hour, two hours, or 3 hours. I use the 15 minute setting. (4) Energy Saving – By Default this feature is 'active'. I can disable or enable it. (5) Beep – The 'beep' sound can be enabled or disabled. (6) Reset Values – This setting will reset the Temperature, Auto-Off, Water Hardness, Energy Saving, All Quantity settings back to Default. (7) Coffee Grinder – A manual dial is pre-set at the factory, but, has 13 adjustable settings for the built-in steel burr grinder. (8) Rinsing – This is actually a 'Manual' setting, but important to mention since it cleans the coffee spouts. It is always good practice to rinse these spouts before use. Again, just press the 'OK' Icon on the touch screen. (9) Frother & Steam Wand – The Frother spout is controlled by a manual dial on the front face of the unit over the spout. The frother allows me to mix steam and milk, half and half, or whipping cream to create luxurious, creamy froth to use on my Macchiatos, Cappuccinos, and Lattes. The Frother Wand can also dispense hot water. My wife has used it by filling a standard-sized cup and tossing in a tea bag for hot tea. Cool! (10) Cup Volume – The touch screen on the face of this unit has lighted icons showing the various 'shot' and cup sizes. I simply press the icon for one I want. ** Clean Up – Daily routine requires the emptying of the coffee grounds container and rinsing it out with plain water. I save them to use on my acid-loving plants. The User Manual outlines monthly cleaning routines of the water tank, infuser, Frother, spouts, grounds container, etc. Over all clean up is easy. ** Summary – I highly recommend this DeLonghi DINAMICA Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine. Five Stars is not enough. Once I tasted the quality of Expresso this machine allows me to savor, I was 'hooked'. It is a permanent member of my family. If you love Expresso coffee this is your machine!

    Absolutely AMAZING!

Absolutely AMAZING! I must say that I am complete impressed with the DeLonghi Dinamica TrueBrew Over Ice Fully Automatic Coffee and Espresso Machine. You are looking at a professional quality espresso made in your own home. Best part is you don't need the barista skills, unless you appreciate the fancy art work in your drinks. That unfortunately is not included. I have been using a semi automatic espresso machine for over the past 5 years as well as been a regular at the local coffee shops. Some would say I have become a coffee snob. What can I say, I like a good cup of coffee that is not watered down like some of those pod coffees and drip coffee. Looking at this machine, I had high expectations, and who wouldn't. To star out with, the machine has a nice look to it. Granite some may fault it for being made up of a lot of plastic, but it display a nicely on my kitchen counter and is definitely sticks out in your kitchen. Something I am proud to show off. I think the some of the subtle overall design attribute of this machine, that many may overlook when looking at an espresso machine, plays a major factor of over all usability. Front/side load of water container. This makes filling up the water container a breeze, especially if the machine sits under a cabinet. I have had issues with water container that has a back top load for the water container, which adds hassle of pulling the unit out from under the cabinet and making sure everything is in alignment as you slide the container down. Many water spills with those types of units. I have not had any issues with water prematurely start running out of the container before it is secure on this DeLonghi unit. Emptying the excess water drainage and coffee picks are also easily accessible from the front. What puts this DeLonghi Dinamica machine above other coffee machines is the flexibility of coffee extract options. Obviously you have your standard espresso shot, which does come out perfectly by the way. You are able to aleasily adjust the strength of the short as well as making a double shot with a couple extra button presses. That in it self opens you up to the world of espresso drinks. For a more heavy caffeinated drink, as well as a larger drink, you have the option the pull a single or double shot of an espresso lungo. Not up for an espresso drink, no problem because there are a couple more options. There is a drop style coffee option. Personally this is not my go to option as for some reason it tends to take longer and it goes though multiple grind sessions. And for the advertise stand out functionality, the true brew over ice. Make no mistake, this is not a cold press coffee, nor is this actually brew cold. Not exactly sure how the technology works, but the brew does come out warm if not hot and it will melt your ice. However with the concentration of the extract, thus option over ice is pretty dang good. Make americanos without an extra process. The steaming wand doubles as a hot water spot. I attempted to make a latte with the milk frother, and like I mentioned, this machine won't replace the human skills required to do some fancy work. What I can say is that the frother heated up the milk pretty quickly as well as pretty quietly. I ended up with a lot of froth, maybe too much, but that's a personal problem. This machine is fully automatic from grind to cup. No portafilter needed or getting the right tamp to pull the perfect espresso extract. I read before that a good tamp would be apparent based what is left over in your portafilter is a dried puck. Well as you can see from the photo, without doing anything, the machine properly disposes these dried pucks into the front bin. So enough buttering up this unit. There are some things that Delonghi could have done to make this a better experience. To start with, for some reason DeLonhi decided not to include a frothing cup. Thus is the first machine I have seen that did not include this. You can get one a reasonable price, which is why I am shocked DeLonghi would skimp out on this. The frothing wand could be more flexible. You have a rotating capability to angle the frother from side to side, but you can't angle it towards you to make it more comfortable to steam your milk. So this machine is fully automatic, but with the added functionality, I wouldn't say it is user friendly off the bat. Each of the drink options are configurable and the default configuration may not be what you desire. For example, my first attempt to pulling a Tru Brew over ice. Well you think ice coffee will be something you drink in a fairly decent size quantity. Well by default, I got about an once. To configure this during to a longer pour, you definitely need to have the user guide handy because it is not straight forward. I can see a lot of people struggling to remember how to reconfigure a drink option and having to revert to the user guide each time is a hassle needless to say. So if there is a downfall to this machine, it would be it its user friendliness. But I can honestly say it pulls a good drink and am very happy to have this thing on my kitchen counter.

The best coffee I've ever had (in my house)

...and it's just about the easiest to get the most out of (don't let the 40+ page manual scare you). Yes, you can fine tune this machine to your liking. There are settings that will allow you to tinker and mess with every little nuance of your espresso/coffee to get it PRECISELY how you want it. Or...use it as it out of the box. Just want to try making a cup of coffee to get comfortable with how it all works? Jump to section "Make a cup of coffee" in the manual and begin with that (that's what I did). No need to get all in over your head with making this or that, figuring out what level needs to be pushed, pulled, flipped, etc etc etc. After a weekend of making (amazing) coffee for a house full of guests I felt more than comfortable enough to delve into the other things this machine can provide. But first, let me backtrack; every single person staying at my house raved about the taste of the coffee. Mind you, I had made coffee for them their first few days in my regular brewer (a solid $200 unit from just last Christmas). Same beans, same creamer, same everything aside from what I was making it in. The thing I like most about this? ZERO waste. Previously I'd make a pot of coffee and have a few days a week where either I or my wife didn't drink as much as anticipated. It either went into the fridge for later on or down the drain (more often than not the latter). With this...zero. waste. You make everything one drink at a time. Dump your beans in (we drink 2-4 cups a day and put beans in every 3 days or so) and fill the water tank (have to fill this every 2 days) then let the machine do the rest. It takes ~30 seconds to brew a cup so I have gotten into the routine of hitting the button then feeding the dogs. By time I'm done with the dogs I have a cup of coffee brewed at the perfect temperature. I'm glossing over the tinkering aspects; you can adjust the grinder, it comes with a water filter/softener (and test strips to see if you even need said filter), as well as other tools/accessories to make sure you're completely covered. Also; the ground up beans are collected in a little bin that pulls out from just underneath the dispenser. They're shaped like little saucers/hockey pucks and are perfect for composting. Every single piece of this is high quality. Yes, there's plastic, but it's nice and thick (nothing flimsy anywhere). The touchscreen controls respond to the first touch every single time. This is where you can increase/decrease the intensity of your brew, select from espresso, cold brew, double, etc etc. Everything has it's own dedicated button; there's no need to fumble through menus and then sub-menus...it's all right there in front of you with a single button for each request. At the end of the day, yes it's expensive. But, this is totally a "you get what you pay for" product. This is one of those "I'm going to use this the rest of my life and then pass it on" sort of things. I'd much rather have that than spend $50-$100 on a coffeemaker every few years and end up spending well over $900 in the long run. And then there's all that wasted coffee...

They took away the fuss’n and frustration

DeLonghi - Dinamica Automatic Coffee & Expresso with Iced Coffee. Are you looking at this specialized, beautiful coffee and expresso machine and wondering if it’s too fussy and impractical for everyday purposes or entertaining larger groups? We know. We’ve got friends and family who will be frightened if that carafe of ready-to-serve coffee isn’t all prepared. The DeLonghi has the perfect answer: “I can fill that cup with a simple “cuppa joe”, or, I can offer you a cappuccino, an expresso, a long expresso, a caffe latte, or an over-ice coffee. In our home. Now.” The process from start to finish is 90 seconds for expresso (x2) or still under 3 minutes for a cappuccino or over-ice coffee, We’ve elevated our hosting score a few levels but the effort required by us is little more than touching a few buttons. The DeLonghi Dinamica is a precision engineered coffee machine wrapped in a sleek black plastic and chrome tuxedo. It’s doesn’t make an “I’m a barista” statement with lab equipment styling, but there’s serious engineering underneath. It fits into any kitchen. And it has a host of features that are easy to use while producing delightful results. For a coffee novice, using the DeLonghi is intuitive and faster to learn. SETUP: Be sure to have a frothing cup and a few expresso cups on hand when you bring your DeLonghi home. There’s no need to get a grinder. It’s already part of the machine. The instructions are fairly easy to follow after you orient yourself using the diagrams. It’s here that I have a suggestion for DeLonghi. The Dinamica would seem to lend itself to a water-proof, card-stock, simplified instruction sheet. Not too much to ask, right? Advice to new owners . . . read the instructions before you twist or move anything. There are a few surprises. A water filter, a measuring spoon, a cleaning brush, an ice cube tray and a de-scaler are in the accessory box. There’s a hardness test strip you’ll use along with instructions to adjust a dial on the machine if that proves necessary in your area. Once you power up and fill the water reservoir, some flushing takes place in the background, each time you use the machine. You’re ready to make coffee or expresso, etc. OPERATION: We’ve owned fancy coffee, expresso, Cappuccino, etc., machines in the past. DeLonghi’s Dinamica exceeded our expectations. Pouring beans (a typical full bag) in the top, placing the appropriate cups into place, and then simply pressing a button (or two) was the hardest part of our involvement. Want to add some foamed milk or cream, or modify the concentration of flavor or the size of the cups . . . press a different button (or two). Done. It’s all a pleasant surprise. Frothing? It requires no technique. Place the frothing container under the dispenser, orient it as instructed, and push the appropriate buttons. There are some things still in your control in this automatic coffee machine. The coffee grind can be modified from super fine to a regular grind. The machine ensures you have a repeatable outcome, with no other effort needed. You can modify quantities of coffee output on-the-fly or permanently to match your glass/cup sizes. (Ironic) Con: If you love to fuss with a complex-to-use, elaborate laboratory-looking device to impress your friends and relatives with your coffee making proficiency, the DeLonghi Dinamica will disappoint you. It’s gonna rob you of the fuss’n and frustration. Everything is so simple and repeatable. SUMMARY: The various coffee-based drinks we’re making with the DeLonghi Dinamica are all completely satisfying. Temperatures were exactly what we wanted, because they are fully adjustable. The strength of flavor was always what we preferred, because it was fully adjustable for each cup (adjusted on the fly). The proportion of expresso and foam (steamed milk) was always under our control. Being able to easily and reliably make ice coffee is a special added capability we will always find useful in our humid subtropical climate. This is an elegant looking, easy-to-use, fun machine for our kitchen counter. We can highly recommend it.

This is quite a machine and my first medium to high-end coffee/espresso maker. I have the black version, and I find it quite attractive. The build quality is high as you would expect at this price, and it looks great just sitting out on the counter. It does fit easily under upper cabinets, but it’s not a dainty or lightweight machine. Make sure you have a good place for it to stay. The real claim to fame for this unit lies in two areas. First, it does everything for you cup by cup … grinds the beans, presses them down, pressure brews, and then dumps the used grounds in an enclosed waste hopper. Second, it can brew (infuse) iced coffee at a much lower temperature and avoid melting so much ice that you have no flavor or body left. That function works pretty well, but I find you’re going to want to set the brew strength to the max for best results. Everything is controlled by a nicely laid out touchpad. At the touch of a button, you have a choice to brew expresso and expresso lungo in both single and doubles, as well as “True Brew Over Ice”, longs (Americano style drip) and just hot water. You can adjust the default brew-strength individually for each type and override that setting for personal tastes each time you brew a cup. There’s a milk heater/frother for lattes and cappuccino. However, I found the frothing ability to be average at best. The nozzle is a bit short, and it apparently uses the same heating circuit as the brewing side since you can’t do both things at once. Setup was reasonable with a good quick-start flyer to walk you through the basics of getting your first few cups. They suggest that it will take 3-5 cups for the machine to settle in and adjust itself. It’s easy to use, but plan some time to read the entire manual because everything is adjustable. Brew strength, amount of water, temperature, bean grind, shut down timeout, and more. The touch screen control area will also tell you when you need water, when you need to add beans, when to dump the grounds, and when the unit needs to be cleaned or descaled. As I said … automatic. To keep the system clean, it also runs some water out every time it starts up or shuts down, so keep a cup under it if you don’t want the bottom spill tray filling too quickly. So what about the coffee quality? At its defaults, every variety is very good. When you spend a little time to dial things in to your personal taste and the beans you’re using, it can make truly excellent coffees. You can’t expect an automatic machine to match a good professional barista, but it will outperform most homebrewers, and it’s push-button easy. Since it has double nozzles for coffee, the X2 (double) feature lets you brew two expressos at a time … or one big jolt for you … and they are superb expressos. Many Americans aren’t looking for an expresso to start the day, but its Americano coffee made from freshly ground beans with a slight bit of expresso style cream on top will make you forget about coffee pods. Everything about this machine is five stars with the exception of the milk frother. That issue is not enough to knock its rating down unless cappuccino is your only thing.

So I had a couple of week now with the De'Longhi - Dinamica Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine and it's been great. The Dinamica targets a specific type of coffee/espresso drinker, its for the drinkers that want fresh but also don't want the hassle of going from fresh coffee beans to espresso. First, you have to grind the coffee beans and use a tamper to press your coffee grounds into your portafilter but apply even pressure to make sure the water doesn't run to one side if you press the tamper unevenly. Finally ready to make your cup of coffee for yourself but then your spouse wants one too and you have to go through that whole thing again. This is where the Dinamica shines! You just load the hopper with coffee beans and make sure the water reservoir is fill with water and the Dinamica takes care of everything else. It will grind and tamp the coffee for you. All you need to do is press a button and voila fresh coffee or an espresso in less than a minute! It even has a milk froth maker on the machine itself. BTW, I have a new respect for baristas. As much as I tried I couldn't make those picture perfect espresso with the designs from the frothed milk. The Dinamica isn't for everyone, it's an all in one machine that takes the hassle of coffee making out and leaving the user with just the enjoyment of a cup of coffee or espresso. I wouldn't recommend this for everyone. Would I recommend this for the person who wants a cheap cup of coffee, definitely not. Would I recommend this for the discriminate espresso drinker who ones the best without the hassle, definitely yes. The old saying is still true, you get what you pay for and you definitely get a lot with the Dinamica.

I bought some fresh coffee beans on the way home from getting my Dinamica and I’m so glad I did. At first glance you’ll be intimidated from the buttons but rest assured the quick start menu will help put you at ease! Silky, smooth, hot and fast espressos have been on deck every morning since getting it! I am so proud of myself and the machine. So my Dinamica is so sleek, has a well for whole beans, a compartment for ground coffee if you want, a well for discarded grounds it dumps after brewing for you, a froth/steamer, water plate for overflow and it looks so great on the counter. It is a machine that will shine this coming holiday season and I’m so excited to create my version of craft coffees for family this year! You’ll love this machine!

I like the pre programmed buttons. All you have to do is select what you want and the machine does the rest. I enjoy the different options from how many shots, strength of coffee, over ice or not, milk frother. It makes super great micro foam. I recommend streaming only 8oz of milk at a time to get it the right temperature. It is easy to clean. I do feel it uses a lot of hot water for each brew. This could be due to the cleaning sequence at the beginning of each session. I wish there was an easy way to remove the beans from the top hopper in case you want to switch them out before they are all used. Suppose one person wants decaf beans and the next person does not for example. I also would like to see a longer milk steaming wand. It rotates to the side which helps but it is a little short in my opinion. Not a deal breaker by any means but just something to see in an updated version down the road. The over ice is amazing and magical. I am still in awe watching the coffer brew over ice and the ice is not melting. This is absolutely incredible. There are many options for customizing the shot, amount, water, strength. It can be a little intimidating at first but read the instructions they walk you through it all and you will be amazed at what you can do with this machine. I like there is a separate drawer to collect the grounds after the coffee is brewed. This makes clean up a snap. Bottom line it comes down to taste. Given you can keep it simple and just push a button to get the different coffee styles you want… or get creative and program different levels…. you do get an AMAZING espresso taste from this machine.

This machine gives you lots of options like Espresso, Americano, Drip-style and Iced coffee. It even has a bypass so you can use ground coffee if you need to make a decaf or different flavor. It is very easy to use. My husband who just wanted to be able to make a simple cup of coffee easily learned to make an Americano that he loves. And one of the best parts is you can make single-serve drinks without the waste of those disposable cups and pods. I am still struggling to get a good froth on my milk, but I suspect user error. It still tastes great... just a little inconsistent. Overall I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I love coffee and splurged a bit for this machine. No regrets whatsoever! Being able to grind whole beans into luggo cup of coffee in a minute, is a luxury I never thought I’d have at home. The espresso shots are so good. The iced coffee is delicious. All automatically ground and pressed! I cannot recommend this machine enough. If you love coffee, this machine will pay for itself with all the trips to Starbucks that you no longer have to make.

Was easy to use....read the manual first which made it so....then after a few uses was easy to figure out. Returned it however after 1 week of use because was a gift to our two teenagers on bday and decided they would rather have cash and use regular coffee maker. I miss it though because the expresso was good :)

    Your own coffee house machine!

Perfection! Your own coffee house in your home! I have been using this several times a day. It’s amazing! Things to remember, you can only use medium roast ( advise against using dark), little bit of a learning curve -you tube is your friend-, remember to change the grind setting when doing iced coffee/regular cup to espresso, always have a tiny cup underneath because it lets water out when it shuts down and turns on and you will probably go through more coffee beans having this! People have said the coffee comes out bitter and icky, this machine is an espresso machine that does coffee so keep this in mind. If I am doing the full cup or coffee I add some hot water. And it’s fine. You could also do just like an americano with a few shots and be fine. I have already had to descale the machine and only had it about a month -but we use it a ton- I can make coffee house like drinks but it’s so much better! It’s an investment but if you spend money weekly or daily at the local coffee place this will pay for itself! I still Have yet to learn the customized functions and making the water hotter but right out of the box -for us-it was pretty self explanatory. Such a fun machine!

Great machine, I find myself using the over ice feature a lot more than I expected, it makes a great cup of iced coffee that does not taste watered down at all. Overall awesome experience, super quick and easy to use and clean.

It is amazing and definitely a money saver in the long run! Only thing I wish they would change is I wish they made the option for how many oz you want.
