Does the machine sound like it normally does? It could be a displaced tube. But more than likely it’s the pump.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, probably. I probably overuse my machine, so I've resigned myself to just replacing it every January. Seems silly, but every other 15-bar, pump-driven machine from other manufacturers seems to cost 2x as much. I've also looked into getting the machine serviced, but the fee to get anyone to even check it out is about the same as a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had the same problem and decided to buy a new one. They are great until they no longer work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As a last resort you could try two things—1. Clean the filter that is on the machine just over where the coffee pan attaches. You will need to drain all water out of the machine and lay it down. There is a screw that holds the machine filter right in the middle. You’ll need a short screwdriver to remove the screw and then lift out the filter and clean it.—2. Suggest use a commercial Descaler on the machine, Delonghi makes a descaler for coffee machines. If neither of these work, your machine is probably dead and should be replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you are still getting steam then your coffee grind is probably too fine if no steam then probably no heater
