There is no way to adjust the temperature of the coffee. I haven't had issues with mine producing cold coffee though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to let the machine heat up for far longer than the instructions suggest. That little green "OK" light is useless -- I know the machine is ready when the metal around the steam valve is warm to the touch. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to get warm enough.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All you can do is put the filter holder without the filter into its slot on the machine and turn it on to preheat. This should make the coffee hot enough. You will not get scalding hot cofffee, but espresso is not supposed to be that hot anyway. Wait at least 15 minutes for preheating. If it’s still not hot enough, wait 30 minutes before pulling your shot.
