“there's no coffee coming out of my machine, but the milk steaming works. Why?”

First time I used the DeLonghi I thought no espresso was coming out. I waited a few seconds more and it started. It is not the fastest, but it is very tasty.

See instructions on how to clean filters and where they are, don't pack coffee too hard

If you over pack the ground coffee, sometimes the machine will not pump through. Back off the amount and the tightness of the pack. It will produce a consistent cup of espresso.

It's because you have grounded coffee up too much, I had the same problem I thought it was broke but it was just to fine of a ground or is it grind? Lol

In the brochure and operating manual that comes with your DeLonghi Expresso maker there is a page that is for troubleshooting. There also is a website that can help you to find answers.
