The milk steamer/frother on the 3630 is adjustable. It is simply on/off on the Stilosa. The picture is from Delonghi.com My EC220 quit a few weeks ago (no longer made) and I replaced it with a Stilosa. It makes a very good espresso but I haven’t quite gotten the technique down for consistently perfect milk froth. Perhaps being able to adjust the steamer would be helpful but I opted to not spend the extra money. Maybe it would have been worth it.
