• the frother is stainless steel but obviously as the frother can move and is not stationary it needs a bendable plasstic tube to carry water at angle, otherwise precision steel work would be nescesarry to allow it to bend and this machine would be several hundred dollars. the water tank is made of high heat food safe polymer and the rest of its water loop is stainless steel, no aluminum, nickle, lead, etc
