“I bought a Denon S650 AVR and I want to hook it up to a Phonak audio device to connect to hearing aids. It has both analog an optical input. I do not want to use the head phone output as we want to use it in conjunction with the speakers.”

The S650H does not offer an analog pre-out or digital out to connect to the Phonak device. It does have a Bluetooth Transmit option in the menu so you can connect it to a Bluetooth transmitter.
