  Hey Denon Customer,
  
  Bluetooth Transmitter Mode (requires future firmware update): The Denon AV receiver can also act as a Bluetooth transmitter and stream its non-Bluetooth audio sources (HDMI, Network, USB, Analog, Optical/Coax Digital, & AM/FM tuner) out to most any Bluetooth-enabled headphone set. You can only pair and stream audio to one set of Bluetooth headphones at a time. You can even have the same source playing from the main speakers and a Bluetooth headphone simultaneously (with little noticeable delay). Volume control of your Bluetooth headphones will be controlled via the Bluetooth device and not the receiver. Multiple headphones can be paired with the receiver, but only one set of headphones can be connected and used at a time.

  You will be connecting your HEIGHT speakers to the surround back speaker terminals followed by setting the amp assign for the Atmos setup.

QuestionWe just installed this receiver and when we turn it on in a minute or so it goes from sat to stereo tv. Our tv is satelite we always have the receiver on with tv. Is there something we can do so it stays on sat. Sat is plugged into satellite connection.

  Hey RDR1we,
  
  You will need to turn off the TV AUDIO Switching feature. You will press the SETUP button on your remote followed by VIDEO>HDMI SETUP>TV AUDIO SWITCHING>OFF. Once this is done the unit should power up and stay on your sat input.

  This is a amplifier and does not have CD or DVD capabilities, you will need to either add a CD or DVD player via HDMI to get those capabilities. The unit has 6 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI output.

- Answer The answer from support probably didn't help you. They show you how to attach to the Home app, not speaker group. Everything I've found says that you can not add HEOS receiver to a speaker group in Google Home. Which is truly disappointing.

QuestionWhat is the foot print WxD inches? I need to drill a hole in the shelf for power cord to drop through. It looks like the power cord from the unit is on the Left when facing the front. Right? What is the length of the power cord?

- Answer Just so you're aware, all dimensions are listed in the back of the owners manual. The S750H is 339 mm in Depth, 344 mm in Width and 215 mm in Height with antennas and 151 mm without antennas.

QuestionCan I stream Pandora to Zone 2 and the main zone simultaneously using my home's wired speaker system (zone 2 is the patio)? I've seen that it can be done using HEOS speakers but that's not what I have available and want to be stream to Zone 2. Thanks.

- Answer Yes you can . The easiest way to do this is through the HEOS app The app will let you choose main zone or zone 2 or both very easy and you can link your pandora account inside the HEOS app

QuestionI was unable to turn on Zone 2. Tried with remote, receiver, and the app. No luck. I have 2 speakers connected to “surround back” channels and they work fine with the main zone. I’d like to set them up for the zone 2 but I cannot turn on the zone 2. Tnx

QuestionIs this a 7.2 or 7.1 receiver? It states in the title and and description that it is 7.2, but in the specifications it is listed as a 7.1.

- Answer Two sub outputs does not necessarily equate to 7.2... 7.1 can have two subs but does not imply it is 2 separate channels. Meaning that both subs could be getting the same signal.

- Answer This is a 5.1.2 system. It supports front left speaker, front right speaker, center channel, rear surround left, rear surround right, subwoofer and 2 Atmos/DTS-X speakers or height speakers. You get a total of 7 speaker terminals.

- Answer No this is not the model for you. It does not have any pre outs for an amplifier Also the power is coming from your amp

QuestionThe Denon Setup Screen gets stuck during the setup. Does that mean the product is defective? I can't get through to Denon customer service. They dont even allow you to be put on hold, they just say call back later and then hang up. Bad customer service.

- Answer We're very sorry for the poor experience. Our Support team is understaffed right now, so the best time to call in would be M-F right around 10 AM EST. You can also use the Chat feature from our website. Regarding the AVR, please try unplugging it from power and then plugging it back in. See if that allows you to get through the Setup Assistant. If not, contact Support and they can walk you through a factory reset of the unit.
