If you are talking about HDMI... the Zone 2/3 feature is on the x3000 series or higher. If you are meaning 2 channel audio for a second Zone then the s960h can do that with the understanding that the main setup will be limited to 5.1.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wasn't talking about watching the same source in another room. I meant being able to play a different source in the rest of the house via a distribution amplifier for whole house music. Sony, Yamaha, and pioneer all have second zone/source outputs in a lower price range.

You can also play back separate sources in the MAIN ZONE and ZONE2.” It can do 5.1 in zone 1 and stereo out to zone 2 simultaneously. You can do different sources for the zones.

Enjoy full discrete audio such as Dolby Atmos in the main zone for a totally immersed experience while playing the same source in the second zone. Select “Source” for the second zone to share the main zone audio. The AVR-S960H supports both HDMI and digital sources for your second zone."
